Certificate in building pathology and forensic

The course provides a comprehensive understanding of building defects through a multi- perspective investigative approach and methodology. Participants will be taught to correctly identify root causes for the respective building defects. Participants will also explore various methods for remediating these defects and the process to accurately identify the ideal remedies. Case studies are extensively used to provide participants real life simulations to evaluate causes of and determine remedies for various building defects.
