Rationale of Programme Offered

Modern residential buildings are subject to a wide range of damage and defects. During its service period, buildings are susceptible to damage in a variety of things, including natural and human behaviour factors. These deficiencies need to be detected and repaired on time in order to avoid irreversible damages. Thus, having the knowledge of building defects maintenance & management is essential for sustainable solution. In light of this, Certificate in Building Defects Maintenance & Management programme was designed to provide training on necessary knowledge, skill and competences to manage various architectural defects.
