TED Training Institution is initiated with a vision to provide Building Pathology & Forensic and Waterproofing training programme and related skill development courses and certifications among construction or building services personnel. Our aim is to develop more skillful and knowledgeable building services personnel or professionals who will be able to handle building defects and its solutions rightfully.

Training Courses

A. Building Pathology & Forensic Certificate Level 1
  • Identify common building failures such as water leakage and other building defects and advise on suitable remediation techniques
  • Adopt right diagnosis method and choice of diagnosis tools to assist the diagnosis procedures
  • Determine the cause(s) of an identified failure and advise on suitable methods for preventing it’s recurrence
  • Provide advice regarding liability for building failure and processes for cost recovery associated with such failures
  • Develop the right waterproofing design, choice of materials and adopt right installation procedures. Learn pre and post waterproofing requirements by principle
  • To develop report writing skills
